"THE CORE VALUE OF CIVILITY"By: Jamie Amin

"CIVILITY" is quite an endearing word it can either Build You or Break You! Or sometimes - It Can Help You or Hurt You!

Civility typically involves treating everyone regardless of gender or ethnicity, with respect and dignity. It includes courtesy, tolerance, and respect for other points of view. Civility rejects personal disparagement. It is my belief that no one should be blamed for their lack of civility in public discourse as we know it to be. You the person should instill awareness and adapt to your own modesty.

Sometimes we think that we should articulate ourselves with certain level of civility, however; we should never exclude the word "Civility" in all foundational values and adventures of life. Defining your relationship with anyone person or persons be it personal or business we must establish mutual respect and we should never attempt to exercise power or control regardless of our Authority or Statistical significance.

A person's lack of civility can evidently make the other person be forced to lower their expectation for that person's behavior. Being civilized help people to get along without making too many formal rules that become oppressive and high maintenance.

Looking beyond egomania in my view is to be liberal, considerate, and acknowledge that others are entitled to their own perspective and at the same time be conscious of your tone, moral responsibility or authority.

Exercising good training in civility allows us to acquire an effective code of conduct for every relationship we foster with others that will serve us well throughout life.
